Organization Structure

Commission Constitution (Section 36)

As per Section 36 of the Act, the organization of the Regulatory Commission shall be as below:

    The Regulatory Commission shall function under the general control of the Visitor i.e. the Hon’ble Governor of Chhattisgarh.

    The Regulatory Commission shall consist of a Chairman and two full time members, out of which one Member shall be "Member - Academic" and another Member as "Member - Administration" and not exceeding two part-time members to be appointed by the Visitor.

    A full time or part time Secretary.

Visitor Authority

The Visitor (Hon'ble Governor of Chhattisgarh) serves as the supreme head of the Commission. All apex appointments, including the Chairperson, Members, and Secretary, are statutory actions designated to regulate private higher educational bodies with full legislative alignment.
